Borough Councillor for Polesworth East & Labour Group Leader
My name is Adam Farrell and I’m proud to be your Borough Councillor for Polesworth East because we need strong voices, fighting for Polesworth at the Borough Council.
I’ve lived in North Warwickshire since I was 3 years old. I went to school in this Borough, got my first job here and brought my first home here with my fiancé Jen and son, Oliver. We now live in Austrey, using the shops, services and facilities in Polesworth, almost every day.
Over the last few years, as a Borough Councillor, I’ve fought to change this Borough for the better because we cannot just sit by and let this Conservative Council destroy our rural communities, just because some rich property developers want to build thousands of homes around Polesworth.
I will work Dave Parsons and my other Labour colleagues to not only fight the Tory housing plan but to also bring real solutions to the problems that Polesworth faces. We have to tackle parking on Bridge Street, we have to invest to Abbey Green Park, we have to bring new business to our village and we must ensure the future of our sports centre at the Polesworth School is protected for our young people.
Labour Councillors will always work with you to improve local services and make progress but we will also always remember our history and heritage.
