I’ve lived in New Arley for 10 years with my partner and three children. I am a primary school teacher and I’ve been instrumental in setting up both a successful community nursery and weekly playgroup in New Arley to support families.

I love living in the area and I am actively involved in a number of community groups and work hard to improve the lives and services available to people locally. Over the last few years, local people have got a pretty raw deal from our Conservative Borough Council. Their support for selling our Sports Centre for £1 to a private company and the failure to protect Ansley from even more unwanted housing show a complete disregard for us and lack of understanding of the impact these decision have on our community.

I care about what happens to our community and I will always seek to do my very best at representing this community on the Council.
